Scope of Services

I will accept instructions as an Expert Witness in General Ophthalmology, but have a special interest in oculoplastics and lacrimal work.

I aim to provide timely, reasoned, logical, and thorough reports, which can be fully Court Compliant, or screening reports, according to my instructions.​

​

I am happy to work via an Agency if preferred. My preferred Agency is Premex.

 

My service includes:

• A turnaround time within 4 weeks of accepting instructions with all relevant documents – but a fast-track service is available on request (a fee uplift may apply)

• Access to a full repertoire of diagnostic services computerised visual field analysis, Ocular Coherence Tomography photography (OCT), and biometry

• Attendance at conferences in person, by telephone and online

• Pro-bono advice on case merit prior to instruction (please contact me using the form below)

• I will adjust my terms of business under certain circumstances if instructed by an agency by prior agreement before accepting formal instruction

• I provide all reports and communications via email. All confidential material is password protected, and no client / patient identifiable data is transmitted electronically.
